Skill Level: Intermediate
Materials:
- Worsted weight yarn (blue or purple)
- Hook: Size H/5.0mm
- Fiberfill stuffing
- Safety eyes (8mm)
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Steps:
- Head:
- Start with a magic ring and work 6 sc into the ring.
- Gradually increase until you have 48 sc. Work evenly for 10 rounds, then decrease, leaving an opening for stuffing. Stuff with fiberfill and close.
- Tentacles:
- Chain 25, work 3 sc into each chain to create a spiral. Repeat to make 8 tentacles and attach them to the base of the head.
- Attach safety eyes and embroider a small smile.
