- Chunky yarn or t-shirt yarn
- Hook: Size N/9.0mm
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
Steps:
- Base:
- Start with a magic ring and work 6 single crochets (sc) into the ring.
- Continue increasing each round to form a flat circular base.
- Sides:
- Work sc in the back loops only to create the base edge.
- Continue working sc in each round without increasing to form the sides.
- Finishing:
- Once the basket is the desired height, finish with a round of slip stitches for a sturdy edge.
